Simirenko Institute of Pomology, Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Ukraine<\/p>\n<p>The variety is winter-hardy and productive (up to 25 tons\/ha).<\/p>\n<p>The tree is of medium vigor, with a broad, rounded crown. Fruiting type: mixed, regular fruiting on dwarf clonal rootstocks, prone to intermittent fruiting on vigorous rootstocks.<\/p>\n<p>Biological characteristics: begins bearing fruit in the third year after planting on rootstock 62-396 and in the fifth year on seedling rootstock. Moderately resistant to scab, not resistant to bark and wood diseases.<\/p>\n<p>Fruits are medium-sized (average weight: 150 g), irregular in shape, ranging from round to asymmetrical oval. The base color is greenish-yellow, with a pinkish-red blush appearing as a blurred, striped blush over most of the fruit.
