Electronic appeals from citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as citizens), and legal entities are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities."
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities," electronic appeals must be submitted in Belarusian or Russian.
An electronic appeal from a citizen must contain the following:
the citizen's last name, first name, patronymic, or initials;
the citizen's residential address (place of stay);
a statement of the essence of the appeal;
the citizen's email address.
An electronic appeal from a legal entity must contain the following:
the legal entity's full name; the legal entity's location; a statement of the essence of the appeal;
the last name, first name, and patronymic of the person authorized to sign the appeal;
the legal entity's email address.
Electronic requests must be reviewed within 15 days, and those requiring additional review and verification must be reviewed within one month.
Responses to electronic requests are sent electronically to the email address specified in the request, or in writing to the citizen's place of residence (place of stay) or the location of the legal entity in cases established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011, "On Requests from Citizens and Legal Entities."
Requests will not be considered on the merits if:
they are not written in Belarusian or Russian; - do not contain the citizen's last name, first name, patronymic, or residential address (place of stay);
do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its location address, or the last name, first name, and patronymic of the director or the person duly authorized to sign requests (for legal entities);
contain illegible text;
contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
are subject to review in accordance with constitutional, civil, civil procedural, commercial procedural, and criminal procedural legislation, legislation governing administrative proceedings, legislation on administrative procedures, or legislation establishing a different procedure for filing and reviewing such appeals;
contain issues that are not within the competence of the Tolochin Canning Factory;
the deadline for filing a complaint was missed without good reason;
a repeated appeal was submitted if it had already been reviewed on the merits and it does not contain new circumstances relevant to the consideration of the appeal on the merits;
correspondence with the applicant has been terminated.
